植物-微生物联合修复石油污染土壤的实验室模拟研究

摘    要:通过盆栽实验,研究了土壤中不同质量分数石油对土壤中微生物数量的影响和土壤残油量的测定。采用外源微生物法,在实验室环境下对模拟石油污染土壤进行修复。结果表明,石油的质量分数、培养时间以及微生物菌剂浓度对微生物数量和石油降解率都影响较大。当石油污染物的最适质量分数范围介于4.0%~8.0%之间,菌剂浓度在3.0%时,植物-微生物联合降解石油污染物有较好的效果,微生物数量介于68.8×106~95.8×106个/g和土壤;最高石油降解率介于72.4%~75.4%。石油质量分数超过8.0%会对微生物产生毒害作用,有的甚至直接杀死微生物。

Plant-microorganism combined bioremediation of petroleum-polluted soil in laboratory simulation

Abstract:According to the culture experiment in pot, the effect of different density of petroleum on the number of soil microorganisms and petroleum residual was studied. The petroleum-polluted soil was bioremediated using exogenous microbes method in laboratory. Results showed that the petroleum density, culture time and microorganism addition had an extremely influence on the number of soil microorganisms and petroleum residu- al. When the petroleum pollutant density was between g.0% and 8.0%, and the microorganism addition was 3.0%, the plant-microorganism combined bioremediation showed good effect, and the number of microorganisms were 68.8×10^6~95.8×10^6 CFU/g, and the highest petroleum degradation rate was between 72.4% and 75.4%. When the petroleum density was more than 8.0%, it could be toxic to microorganisms, sometimes even killing microorganisms directly.
