摘    要:以药渣种植的姬菇废料为原料,用单因素试验和正交试验法,研究热水浸提法提取姬菇废料中粗多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,粗多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶30,提取时间30min,提取温度80℃,在此最佳提取条件下,粗多糖的提取率为8.32%,含量为10.27%。方法简单,操作方便,无污染。

Abstract:By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the water extraction process of crude polysaccharide from the dregs planting Pleu rotus comucopiae waste was studied. The results showed that the optimum process conditions were: ratio of material to liquid 1:30, extraction time 30 min, and extraction temperature 80℃. Under the optimized condition, the extraction rate and crude polysaccharide content was 8.32% and 10.27%, respectively. This method was simple, easy to operate and pollution-free.
