摘    要:为提高黄磷配料PLC控制系统运行的稳定性,选用了技术先进、性能可靠、抗干扰能力强的日本三菱公司生产的FX系列的可编程控制器,并在系统的设计、安装中采取了一系列的抗干扰技术.简要介绍了黄磷配料PLC控制系统的基本结构及各部分的作用,详细分析了交流电网、静电、执行机构和传输线路等干扰源对系统的干扰机理,针对各种干扰源采取了行之有效的抗干扰措施,收到了良好效果.

Abstract:In order to improve the stability of the PLC control system of phosphorus blending, the FX Series PLC made by MITSUBISHI Co.Ltd, Japan, which is advanced in technology, reliable in performance and great capability in anti-disturbance is adopted. A series of anti-disturbance technologies are adopted in the system design and installation. This paper presents the basic structure and the function of each part of the PLC control system of phosphorus blending. It analyses the disturbance mechanism of the disturbance sources in the system such as AC network, static, executive mechanism, transmission line and some others. Effective anti-disturbance measures against various disturbance sources are obtained.
