摘    要:研究了钎焊蜂窝铝板侧压试验以及侧压变形模式,结果表明,钎焊蜂窝铝板的纵向侧压强度高于横向侧压强度;钎焊铝蜂窝板纵向和横向侧压变形均经历弹性变形、塑性变形和整体失稳3个阶段;在塑性变形阶段,纵向侧压时与双层壁板相焊合的面板区域轴向内凹,发生蜂格内酒窝型屈曲,横向侧压时与单层壁板相焊合的面板区域轴向外凸,发生蜂窝芯子剪切皱折失稳,纵、横向变形模式与内部蜂窝芯排列方式相关.

Study on Lateral Compression Deformation Mode of Brazing Aluminum Honeycomb Panel
Abstract:The experiment of lateral compression of BAHP and deformation mode are studied. The results show that the intension of longitudinal lateral compression(X-direction) is higher than the transverse. There are three stages in the longitudinal and transverse lateral deformations of BAHP: elasticity deformation stage, plastic deformation stage and overall instability stage. In the plastic deformation stage, the district of connecting the panel with double deck honeycomb core is inn concave in axes under longitudinal lateral compression, and the district of connecting the panel with monolayer honeycomb core is outer concave in axes under transverse lateral compression.
