高速硫酸盐镀锌工艺及镀层性能

摘    要:在高碳钢丝的高速硫酸盐镀锌电镀槽液中,采用硫锌-75作添加剂,以提高电流密度上限、电流效率和镀层质量.SEM、X射线衍射的试验结果表明:镀层结晶细腻,晶面取向优化,镀层柔软,富有延展性.生产实践表明:镀锌钢丝在拉拔过程中的锌层损耗、模具损耗和生产成本降低,产品质量得到了提高.

Abstract:Additive SZn-75 was introduced into the sulfate bath for high-speed zinc electroplating of the wires made of high carbon steel,aiming at increasing the current density and current efficiency and improving the quality of the coating as well.The microstructure and crystal features of the electroplated zinc coating on the steel wires were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.It was found that the resulting electroplated zinc coating was composed of fine crystals with preferential orientation and had good ductility and toughness.The application of the zinc coating in the drawing production of the coated steel wires showed that it was feasible to reduce the loss of zinc and mold and the production cost,while increasing the quality of the drawn steel wires.
