| 摘 要： | 介绍了环境安全和国家环境安全的概念，综述了国内外国家环境安全的研究现状和重点。首次从矿业开发、资源综合利用、矿山环境保护的技术视角研究矿业开发对国家环境安全的影响，提出了矿业开发的国家环境安全评价内容、评价方法。创建了矿业开发的国家环境安全评价指标体系，研究成果将为建立国家环境安全预警机制提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The concepts of environmental safety and national environmental security is presented. The present status and major points of both foreign and domestic research of national environmental security are reviewed. For the first time, the effect of mining exploitation on national environmental security is studied from the technical viewpoint of mining exploitation, comprehensive utilization of resource and mine environmental protection. The assessment contents and methods are proposed and the assessment indexes system of national enviromental security of mining exploitation are established. This research achievement will provide a scientific base for setting up an alarm mechanism of national environmental security. |
