| 摘 要： | 介绍了橡胶行业中节能工艺和设备的使用情况及与旧工艺设备的对比情况,包括炼胶、成型、挤出、硫化,力车胎设备等。另外还介绍了新型导热油加热技术、驱动系统节能措施等。建议尽快推广和开发节能技术和设备,缩小我国与发达国家之间的差距。

| Abstract: | Introduced the service condition in the rubber industry energy saving process and the equipment compared with the old process equipment situation, including rubber mixing, building, extrusion, curing, bicycle equipment and so on. Moreover also introduced the new heat conduction oil heating up technique, the actuation system energy conservation measure and so on. we suggest that promotes and expands the development energy conservation technology and the equipment as soon as possible, reduces the gap between China and the developed country. |
