摘    要:分析了当前注塑产品及其模具设计的开发流程,并指出缺乏对其概念设计阶段的CAE分析支持工具是影响产品及模具设计质量的关键。基于上述需要,我们开发了IPSS(In jection Process S imu lation System)系统,作为概念设计阶段的CAE分析工具,并以二维压力场的求解为例,介绍有限差分法在该系统开发中的应用。

Abstract:The common design and manufacturing process of plastic product and its mould were analyzed.It was pointed that the lack of CAE tool for the conceptual design of the products were the crucial thing that influences the quality of them.As a tool used in conceptual design period,IPSS was developed.The methodology of FDM in the numerical solution for pressure field of injection flow simulation was introduced based on 2D workpieces.
