| 摘 要： | 碳三阻聚剂的注入是保证乙烯装置长周期运行的关键因素之一。如何根据实际情况优化碳三阻聚剂的注入，延长相关设备的运行周期，是值得关注的问题。文中从结垢的机理出发，提出了优化碳三阻聚剂注入的方法并予以实施，取得了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | Injection of C_3 polymerization inhibitor is one of the critical factors which guarantee the long-term op- eration of ethylene plant.How to optimize the injection of C_3 polymerization inhibitor depending on practical situ- ations and prolong the operation cycle of relevant equip- ment is of much concem.In this article,methods for op- timizing the injection of C_3 polymerization inhibitor are presented based on the mechanism of fouling,and a cer- tain effect is achieved upon implementation. |
