Research and Applicationon Improving the Service Life of Household Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier in Poor Water Environment |

| Abstract: | When the household reverse osmosis water purifier is used in the area with hard water quality,due to the small bore diameter of solenoid valve to effluent wastewater,crystal scale is easy to occur,which causes the blocking failure of the solenoid valve,and then causes the blockage of the reverse osmosis membrane filter element,the service life of water purifier is seriously affected.In this study,two schemes of chemical scale inhibition and physical scale removal are described to solve the problem of blocking.The results show that the use of scale inhibitor in front of wastewater solenoid valve and anti-blocking solenoid valve can improve the service life of water purifier,which provide solutions and ideas for solving the blockage problem of household reverse osmosis water purifier. |
