摘    要:三流环密封油系统是在单流环和双流环密封油系统基础上发展起来的一种新型密封油系统,兼有单流环和双流环密封油系统的优点。三流环密封油系统包括空侧油回路、真空侧油回路和氢侧油回路三个环路,其氢侧回路功能与双流环密封油系统氢侧回路功能相同,通过减少氢侧油与相邻回路油的交换来防止氢气污染并降低氢气消耗,但是其实现方法并不相同。本文重点介绍三流环密封油系统氢侧油回路功能实现的原理和方法,并介绍了氢侧回路启动过程中存在的问题及相应处理思路,为三流环密封油系统调试运行从业人员提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:The triple-flow ring seal oil system is a new seal oil system developed on single-flow ring and double-flow ring,which has both the advantages of single-flow ring and double-flow ring.It includes three loops,air-oil circuit,vacuum oil circuit and H2-oil circuits.The function of H2-oil circuits is preventing hydrogen pollution and reducing hydrogen consumption by reducing the exchange between air side oil and hydrogen side oil,which is the same as double-flow ring seal oil system but in a different way.This paper mainly introduces the principle and method of H2-oil circuits of the tripleflow ring seal oil system,and describes the problems that may be encountered in startup-process of the hydrogen side as well as their solutions.It is helpful for the engineer to get more insight into tripleflow ring seal oil system.
