Abstract:Synchronous motorsare being widely used in hybrid electric vehicle industry,and the electric contact disadvantages which are caused by its interior contained brush and slip ring structure are inevitable.Aiming at this,put forward a new excitation system without brush and slip ring structure and name it contactless excitation system(CES).Relative rotating part and relative stationary partcoexisted in a transformerwith special working characteristics.Adjacent winding and coaxial winding topologies are designed aiming at the CES transformer winding topology.The system theoretical derivation,topology modeling,contrast simulations and contrast experimental studies were conducted respectively.The optimum operating air gap of two types of topologies were confirmed through the construction of Ansoft model.Meanwhile,the adjacent winding topology magnetic lines of force closure degree being better than that of the coaxial typewinding topology was verified.The adjacent winding topology and coaxial winding topology can both set up the coupling magnetic field relatively quickly.The magnetic induction setting up circumstance of adjacent winding topology was better than coaxial winding topology.The experimental prototypes of adjacent winding topology and coaxial winding topology are set up and the transmission performance and efficiency parameters were obtained.Detailed analysis was conducted at the same time.The experimental results further verify the rationality and accuracy of adjacent winding topology for CES,and plays a key role in the future improvement of CES.
