摘    要:本文介绍了1996年6月在湖南五强溪水力发电站的现场,实测其4号240MW水轮发电机组轴系的固有频率的一次实践。测试前做了轴系的力学建模和数字计算,以便全面了解该轴系的转子动力学特性。本文的主要部分详述了实测的目的、测试方案、仪器布置、数据分析方法等内容。在人力和自然两种方式激励下激发起轴系的自由振动。在多种不同工况下测量振动,得到了许多时域曲线和频谱。通过分析这些频谱的特征,识别出轴系的固有频率。最后,由实测的固有频率值外推得到轴系较为可靠的临界转速值。该实测方法和实测结果可为行业提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:The paper introduces in-field measuring the natural frequency of the rotor system of the No.4240 MW hydroelectric machine in Wuqiangxi hydropower station,Hunan province.Firstly,in order to know briefly the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system,the mechanical modeling and numerical calculations are performed in advanced.Secondly,as the main part of the paper,the aim of measurement,strategy,arrangement of equipments and method for data analysis are discussed in details.Two impact methods are used to excite natural vibration of the rotor.Then the time-domain curves and many frequency spectrums obtained under various rotor running conditions are selected and listed.After analyzing these figures,the natural frequency of the rotor system is detected.Finally,an improved value of critical speed for that machine has been determined by extension from the measured natural frequency.
