Reason Analysis and Solution of Abnormal Sound of a Gear Mechanism

Gear mechanism is an important part of the movement mechanism of household electrical appliances,which has the advantages of stable transmission and reliable operation,but its operation is often accompanied by abnormal sound.With the improvement of the quality of life,consumers’silent requirements for home appliances are gradually increasing,so it is imperative to solve the problem of abnormal noise caused by the operation of gear mechanism.In order to solve the problem of gear abnormal noise in the production process of air conditioner,the mechanism of gear abnormal noise is studied and analyzed in depth,and the final causes and solutions are found by experimental research.The results show that the problem of gear abnormal noise in the operation of household electrical appliances can be greatly reduced.
