摘    要:在带钢热轧后的冷却过程中,热轧带钢卷取温度的数学模型是至关重要的.本文介绍了某热轧带钢厂的新旧卷取温度控制数学模型,给出了新模型在线控制的自学习算法,并对新模型测得的数据进行了分析.

Abstract:During the process of the strip cooling after finished rolling, the mathematical model of hot rolled strip coiling temperature is very important for obtaining satisfactory microstructure performance and mechanical property of the hot strip.The outdated and the advanced mathematical models of coiling temperature are presented in the paper,and self-learning of online control strategy based on the advanced mathematical model is analyzed. Finally, the measured data based on the advanced model is analyzed.
