精密长丝杠磨削热变形规律研究

摘    要:研究了精密丝杠磨削过程中的内部温度分布规律,采用二维热传导模型和简化的一维模型求解了精密长丝杠的内部温度场分布规律,为精密丝杠磨削过程中热变形误差的补偿提供了依据。

Abstract:Because of the nonlinear property of thermal deformation in precision lead screw, thermal distribution in thread grinding varies with the machining process. Studies thermal distribution details during thread grinding, and calculates the inner temperature distribution using 2 D heat conduct model and one simplified dimensional model. This provides the basis for thermal error compensation in thread grinding.
