| 摘 要： | 通过陶瓷结合剂、树脂结合剂、金属结合剂金刚石砂轮在磨削加工PCD刀具中的应用,获得了一些具有对比性的试验结果。通过对试验结果的分析,发现陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮在加工PCD刀具上同树脂结合剂和金属结合剂相比具有:磨削效率高、耐用度高、加工成本低的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper through the vitrified bond.The resin bond.The metals bond and diamond wheel in process PCD tools have of application.Different experiment results were got.By analyzing the results,discover that the vitrified bond of diamond wheel with the resin bond and the metals bond in processing PCD tools to have: grinding efficiency high.Duration degree high.The machining cost is lower. |
