化学镀镍液的处理方法

摘    要:通过化学沉淀法从废液中回收镍离子,继而采用硫酸亚铁为共沉剂,进一步处理上述废液,达到去除剩余镍离子的目的。研究了双氧水、氢氧化钠、硫酸亚铁用量及反应时间对化学镀镍废液处理结果的影响。结果表明,双氧水用量少、回收镍纯度高,经济可行。

Abstract:The recovery of nickel ions in electroless nickel p l ating exhausted solution was realized by chemical precipitation. Subsequently, t he solution was deeply treated by total precipitation with FeSO 4 ,through whi ch the rest Ni 2+ was removed. The effects of H 2O 2 amount, NaOH amou nt, FeSo 4 amount and reaction time on the treatment were investigated. This m ethod was found to be the best method in term of the recovery rate of nickel and the H 2O 2 consumption and it is feasible and economical.
