麻竹叶与陈皮中总黄酮分离及含量测定

摘    要:用超临界CO2萃取方法提取麻竹叶和陈皮中的黄酮化合物,用乙醇萃取得萃取物.利用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,在紫外最大吸收峰510 nm处测定乙醇萃取物中总黄酮的含量.麻竹叶、陈皮中的总黄酮的含量分别为1.36%、2.48%.试验表明,该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为检测麻竹叶和陈皮中总黄酮含量的一种手段.

Abstract:Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE-CO2) is used as a method to extract flavonoid from numb bamboo and dried tangerine peel with ether.Making use of ultraviolet spectrophotometry and taking Rutin as a standard article,the total flavonoid in the ether at the 510 nm where is the biggest absorption is measured.The total flavonoid from numb bamboo and dried tangerine peel are 1.36%and 2.48% respectively.Experiments show that the method is simple,fast,repeatable,being a means to measure the total flavonoid from the nump bamboo and dried tangerine peel.
