水润滑固定瓦推力轴承的热动力润滑性能分析

摘    要:本文根据固定瓦推车轴承的特点和热流体动压润滑理论,开发了一套水润滑固定瓦推力轴承热动力润滑计算的有限元程序。程序联注解了润滑水的动压(雷诺方程)、热能量、粘度-温度、水膜厚度等方程,描述出润滑过程的特征。对水润滑固定瓦推力轴承进行了计算和分析。结果表明,瓦面结构对轴承热动力特性有很大的影响。

Abstract:The program for calculating the thermo-hydrodynamic lubrication performances of thrust bearing with water lubricated stationary pad has been developed by the f inite element methods in this paper.Hydrodynamic(Reynolds) equation,energy equat ion,viscosity-temperature equation,oil film thickness equation of the lubricant are solved simultaneously in the program,and lubrication characteristics can be obtained.The performances of a stationary pad thrust bearing have been calculate d and analyzed.The results show that the structure of the pad surface have consi derable effects on the thermo-hydrodynamic characteristics.
