摘    要:为查找造成电点火具炸壳的原因,研究了电点火具用点火药的药量,粒度。结果表明点火药药量越大,粒度越小,易出现炸壳现象,应控制药量为4.60-4.65g,粒度为A063和A036筛间物。采用该措施后未出现炸壳现象。

Abstract:Quantity and particle size of a composition of electric ignitor has been studied in order to find out the reason of causing shell explosion of electric ignitor. Test result show that the more the quantity the smaller the particle size, and shell explosion more likly to occur. Quantity shall be controlled as 4.60~4.65g, particle size shall be between A063 and A036 sieve. Shell explosion is no longer occur while this measure is adapted.
