摘    要:用甘氨酸改性环氧树脂,使其成为具有亲水性的树脂,并成功制备了系列不同固含量稳定的水性环氧乳液。性能测试结果表明,制得的水性环氧树脂在有机溶剂中的溶解性变差,在碱性水溶液中的溶解性增强,作为水性环氧涂料,其固化物具有优良的涂膜性能。

Abstract:Modification of epoxy resin with glycine conferred hydrophilicity on the resin and different series of waterborne epoxy emulsions with stable solid content were successfully prepared.Testing results showed that solubility of the water-borne epoxy resin prepared turned out to be poorer in organic solution whereas became stronger in alkaline solution.As a water-based coating,in cured state it was of good filming property.
