| 摘 要： | 近年来，校园网发展迅速，校园网的计费管理问题须亟待解决，文章设计了一个基于代理服务器的网络计费管理系统，分析了代理服务器的工作原理和计费数据的采集方法，给出了该系统的数据结构和主要功能。
