摘    要:以取代偶氮苯二甲酸和亚硫酰氯为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,合成了4种取代偶氮苯二甲酰氯。考察了反应时间、反应温度及亚硫酰氯用量对产物收率的影响。3,3′-二氯-偶氮苯-4,4′-二甲酰氯的最佳合成条件为:反应时间10h,反应温度80℃,亚硫酰氯用量20mL,收率为88.5%。在同样条件下合成了其他3种取代偶氮苯二甲酰氯,收率均在75.3%以上。用熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及元素分析对目标化合物进行了表征。

Abstract:Using substituted azoaromatic diacid and thionyl chloride as materials and hexadecyl trime- thyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst,four substituted azobenzene diacid chlorides were synthesized.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and contents of thionyl chloride on the yield of 3,3'-dichloro azobenzene-4,4'-dicarbonyl chloride were investigated.Under the optimal condi- tions:reaction time 10 h,reaction temperature 80℃,20 mL thionyl chloride,the yield was 88.5%. The other three substituted azobenzene diacid chlorides were synthesized under the same conditions with the yields all above 75.3%.The structures of the products were confirmed by m.p.,IR, ~1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
