基于声发射信号的转子碰摩故障诊断方法

摘    要:利用声发射信号的高频特性采集转子碰摩故障信息,采用小波分析技术把所得声发射信号分解在不同频带,对信号进行重构,从而消除背景噪声,并用小波包络谱分析方法识别故障信息。分析结果证明,基于声发射信号的小波包络分析可以检测出微弱的转子碰摩故障,是一种有效的早期故障诊断方法。

Abstract:The high frequency characteristics of acoustic emission signal were used to collect the information of rotor rub fault. The signal was analyzed in different frequency bands separated by the wavelet analysis. The separated signals could be reconstructed to eliminate noise, and wavelet envelope spectrum method was adopted to detect information related with fault. The result proved that wavelet envelope spectrum method could detect weak rotor rub fault efficiently, and it was an effective method of incipient failure detection.
