航空EMA用永磁无刷电动机复合驱动控制策略研究

摘    要:正弦波驱动与方波驱动是永磁无刷电动机的两种主要驱动方式,各自已经形成独立的控制思想体系,但是方波驱动方式下存在低速转矩脉动较大的问题,而在正弦波驱动方式下出力又较小,不能满足航空用大功率作动系统的需求。针对这一问题,结合两种驱动方式各自的优点,以航空机电作动器(EMA)的主要执行部件永磁无刷电动机为控制对象,致力于研究并设计一种独特的复合驱动系统,电机以正弦波驱动方式起动,并在高速时切换至方波驱动方式。仿真结果证明:该方法能够有效减小低速转矩脉动,并且由于高速时采用了方波驱动方式出力更大,能够有效提高永磁无刷电机的效率,为航空EMA用永磁无刷电动机的高精度、高效率控制提供了一种可供参考的新思路。
