基于ANSYS的塔式起重机塔身设计平台开发研制

摘    要:利用ANSYS二次开发工具APDL(参数化设计语言),研制塔式起重机塔身设计的二次开发平台。设计遵循国家有关设计规范,结合广大中小型企业缺乏熟练掌握CAE技术专门人才实际,在广泛调研实际塔机设计基础上,初步开发出方便实用的塔身结构设计二次平台。平台能完成塔身截面选择、标准节长度设计、缀材设计、材料选择、型材选择等基本选型,进行载荷计算及施加,自动完成结构计算,整理计算成果并展示;同时带有汉语提示的参数对话框、条理清晰的工具条结构及文件的分门别类存储技术。

Abstract:Applying ANSYS parametric design language(APDL),a design platform for the body of tower crane has been developed successfully.Platform is compliance with the relevant national design specifications,considers the actual situation that the small and medium-sized enterprises lack of talents who master CAE technology,bases on a wide range research achievement of the actual design of tower crane,and is easy-to-use to the design of the body of a tower crane.Platform is powerful to select cross-section of body of tower crane,material and profiles,complete load calculation and apply,automatically complete structural calculation,and show calculation results.The parameters dialog box with Chinese hints,the clarity of structure of the tools and documents are the categories of storage technology.
