摘    要:对沙角C电厂U2机组一例引风机滞后动作导致炉膛压力下降的原因进行分析,表明前馈串级复合控制系统中,主调输出与前馈的和与副调PV值的最大值需要匹配,提出对主调PID输出的高限值进行限制的解决方案,对发电厂中大量采用的前馈串级复合控制系统的实施具有参考意义。

Abstract:The reason of furnace pressure loss due to induced draft fan lag action in Shajiao C power plant U2 unit is analyzed.In feed forward cascade compound control system,the sum of primary adjusting output and feed forward should match the max of subsidiary PV value.The treatment of limiting the primary adjusting PID output is proposed,which has reference significance to implement feed forward cascade compound control system in power plant.
