| Abstract: | Taking Flash-based Animation Making web-based course as an example, we analyze how to make instructional design of computer operational web-based course in higher vocational education, including course characteristic, instructional goal, learner and teaching content. Also, we put forward the self-learning design based on network, the design of learning resource based on UGC and the design of learning evaluation. |
