| 摘 要： | 本文采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)建立了一种简便、快速、准确的测定电子焊料中铁、铜、锌、镍、银、铝、镉等微量元素的检测方法。采用该方法配制的溶液可同时对多种杂质元素进行检测,且元素之间的干扰少,检测的精度高,具有一定的推广和应用价值。

| Abstract: | A simple,quick and precision method of measuring the trace element in soldering is introduced in this article.Based on analyzing the same solution of the soldering,the trace elements(such as Fe,Cu,Zn,Ni,Al,Cd)can be separately inspected by means of Flame Atomy Absorb Spectrum(FAAS).The method had the characteristic of practicality,and can be popularized. |
