载重轮胎室内滚动阻力测试结果影响因素分析

摘    要:研究测试设备、试验轮胎及测试条件对载重轮胎室内滚动阻力测试结果的影响。结果表明,对测试设备进行定期校准、保证试验轮胎良好的存放及静平衡和均匀性、采用有效的温度控制系统、制定合理的升温时间(热平衡)等措施均有利于提高轮胎滚动阻力测试结果的准确性,减小误差。

Abstract:The influence of test equipment,tire sample and test condition on the rolling resistance test result of TBR tire in laboratory test was investigated.The results showed that,periodic calibration of test equipment,proper storage of tire sample,ensuring tire sample with good static balance and uniformity,using effective temperature control system and suitable heating time(thermal equilibrium) were beneficial to improvement of the test accuracy and decrease of the error.
