摘    要:20C,MoH钢凸轮轴齿轮经渗碳、淬火、回火后,因尺寸超差、表面硬度不均匀、渗碳层碳化物超标等原因而大量报废。改进热处理工艺后这一问题得到了解决。

Abstract:After being carburized, quenched and tempered, a large number of camshaft gears of 20CrMoH steel were scrapped because of dimention beyond the scope of tolerance,non-uniform surface hardness,overproofed carbide in carburized case and so on. Theis problem has been solved through the improvement on heat treatment process.
