| 摘 要： | 智能住宅小区自控系统是现代化住宅小区建设的重要标志和建筑自动化的发展趋势。瑞士SAIA（思博）公司的PCD系列产品，拥有可编程的开放通讯接口，开放的OPC数据接口等特点，在小区智能化系统集成管理中得到了广泛的应用。本文阐述了PCD控制器在智能小区自控系统工程中的应用。

| Abstract: | Automatic control system of intelligent residential area fs the important symbol and developing trend of architecture automation. PCD serial of products of Switzerland SAIA （SIBO） company have open and programmable communication interface and they has also open OPC data interface. These products have been widely used in integrated management of intelligent management system of residential area. This paper expatiates the application of PCD controller in automatic control system of intelligent residential area. |
