新型质量流量计的设计

摘    要:涡街流量传感器的卡曼涡街信号的频率与流体的流速成正比,而靶式流量计的板靶受到的力与流体的流速的平方、流体的密度成正比.作者根据二者的工作原理研制出新型流量计,在涡街流量传感器的旋涡发生体内放置板靶,而不影响卡曼涡街信号的产生,通过测量涡街信号的频率和靶板受到的力,从而得出流体的质量流量.经过理论推导得出质量流量与涡街信号的频率、靶板受力的函数关系,并通过实验数据验证了此关系的正确性.

Abstract:The Karman vortex street frequency of the vortex sensor is proportional to a velocity of liquid , and the force of the target flowmeter board being acted on is proportional to a square velocity and the density of liquid. Based on the operational principles of the above two, the paper designed a new flowmeter, in which the board is placed in the vortex occurring system of the vortex flowmeter, which will not influence on the production of Karman vortex street. By measuring the Karman vortex street frequency and the force received by the target board, mass flux may be worked out. By theoretical deduction, a function relationship between mass flux and vortex frequency as well as the board force of the target flowmeter is established, and its validity is proved by experiment data.
