| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前带冠整体叶轮国内外的研制情况，并在分析涡轮叶盘现有加工工艺的基础上，提出了一种加工带冠整体叶轮的创新工艺——带电解预通道的电火花成形工艺，并讨论了该工艺的技术难点和相应的解决方案。
