| Abstract: | This paper presents demand side management practice in western Sydney area. Regulatory environment, sustainable prwer grid development and climate change issues in relation to demand side management are discussed. Following the discussion of strategies and approaches to obtain customer participation, experience and lessons on past programs are presented. A case study is also presented to demonstrate the feasibility for a successful demand side management program. |
