微量组分对高铝水泥系统中Q相形成的影响

摘    要:研究微量组分Fe2O3和P2O5等对Q相-铝酸-钙(CA)-七铝酸十二钙(C12A7)高铝水泥系统中Q相形成的影响。结果表明;Q相-CA-C12A7高铝水泥系统中,掺加微量的Fe2O3抑制Q相的生成,并降低系统的熔点,降低系统的烧成温度。掺加微量的P2O5时,能够促进Q相的形成,P2O5的量过多,会抑制Q相的生成。掺加微量Fe2O3后,Q相-CA-C12A7各龄期的抗压强度略有减少。掺加微量的P2O5后,该水泥各龄期的抗压强度略有增加。

Abstract:Influence of trace Fe2O3 and P2O5 on the formation of Q phase in Q phase -CA -C12A7 system was investigated. The results show that the formation of Q phase decelerates when trace Fe2O3 is added in the Q phase - CA - C12A7 systems. The sintering temperature of systems decreased since trace Fe2O3 decreased the melting point of the system. The formation of Q phase is accelerated when trace P2 O5 was added in the Q phase- CA- C12A7 systems, but the formation was decelerated with increasing P2O5 further. The compressive strength of the Q phase- CA - C12 A7 systems is lightly decreased by adding trace Fe2O3 and is lightly increased by adding trace P2O5.
