| 摘 要： | 针对我国在对外贸易中技术性壁垒监测预警日益增长的实际需求,重点从技术层面阐述了技术性贸易壁垒监测预警平台的系统功能分析,系统构架搭建以及各个功能模块的特征和它们之间的交互,并尝试利用A-gent和Ontology等技术设计、开发出具有信息动态实时采集、自动检测分析、专家在线研讨、结果智能推送等功能模块的TBT监测预警系统并通过实际测试.

| Abstract: | To meet the urgent need for early warning to the technical barriers to trade (TBT) in our country. An early warning platform for TBT from the technological aspect is realized. The use of Agent and Ontology techniques in this prototype system is also discussed. The system can collect, analyses the TBT information and finally give suggestion for future actions. Preliminary successful application indicates the feasibility of our early warning for TBT. |
