陶瓷/金属复合耐磨涂层的性能评价

摘    要:应用大气等离子喷涂(APS)技术制备陶瓷/金属复合耐磨涂层试样,并对其硬度,结合强度,微观结构和耐磨性等性能进行评估,结果表明Al2O3-TiO复合涂层在耐磨性方面好于WC-NiCrAl复合涂层,而WC-NiCrAl复合涂层在结合强度性能上好于Al2O3-TiO2复合涂层。

Abstract:The ceramic/metal composite wear resistant coatings are prepared by air plasma spray (APS). The hardness,bond strength,microstructure and wear resistance of the coating specimens are measured to evaluate the coatings' performance. The results show that Al 2O 3 TiO 2 composite coatings are better than WC NiCrAl composite coatings in the wear resistance, but WC NiCrAl composite coatings are better than Al 2O 3 TiO 2 composite coatings in the bond strength.
