基于双单片机系统的油液颗粒计数器的设计

摘    要:在液压油液污染度在线检测系统的基础上,提出了由带双缓冲的双单片机系统组成颗粒计数器进行颗粒计数和微流量检测的方案。研制了基于89C52和ATmega162双机系统组成的便携式液压污染在线检测的颗粒计数器,实现了液压污染的在线检测,并提高了液压污染检测的精度。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new type of Particle Counter with dual MCU and dual buffer to count particles and detect micro flow, based on the system of detecting the contamination of hydraulic online. 89C52 and ATmega162 dual MCU are adopted in this portable online particle counter for the contamination of hydraulic system. It realized detecting the contamination online and enhanced greatly the precision of detecting.
