| Abstract: | This article introduces successful application of Inovance products, including HMI, PLC, servo and inverter, on high-speed CNC vertical moon-cake machine. The inverter with excellent vector control performance guarantees accurate extrusion of moon- cake crusts and fillings. PLC control program ensures precise control of cutting and forming, and array of diverse patterns. Compared with the original system, Inovance system solution brings ease of use and helps cut down costs. |
