| 摘 要： | 称重配料系统广泛地应用于工农业生产中,针对不同的使用背景,提高配料速度和精度是其主要问题。本文介绍了一种燃煤电厂配煤自动称重系统及其控制结构,分析了FUZZY-PID复合控制器的组成和控制方法,说明了模糊控制器的结构、模糊规则和控制算法,并给出了称重配料系统给定流量调整和报警计算方法,实际应用效果表明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | The automatic weighting burden system is widely used in the practice. The key points are the speed and accuracy of the burden system. The automatic weighting burden system and its control structure are presented in this paper, the composition and control methods of FUZZY-PID combine controller are analyzed. The structure, controlling rules and controlling algorithms of FUZZY controller are mainly discussed, then the adjustment of reference value and the error alarm calculation are given for the weighting burden system. The application results have showed the efficacious of the method. |
