水口集控计算机监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:基于NC3.0监控系统平台的福建水口集控中心计算机监控系统实现了闽江流域各梯级电站的远程集控。本文介绍了该系统的设计原则、系统结构及特点、集控中心控制策略,并简要介绍了该系统所采用的安全防护措施。

Abstract:Remote central control of cascade hydropower stations is implemented by computer supervision and control system of Minjiang river centralized-control center based on NC3.0 system platform. The design principles, system structure and characteristics as well as approach of centralized-control are introduced. The network safety measures are also briefly introduced.
