氨压机防喘振控制系统优化

摘    要:煤化工压缩装置氢压机控制系统采用Miconwell公司的ITCC控制系统,针对防喘振系统控制原始缺陷,将氨压机的入口压力控制一、二段防喘振控制回路进行了升级改造,根据现场实时采集过来的监测数据,控制系统作出分析曲线。从而使氨压机维持高效的性能,安全可靠的运行,维护整个装置的安全生产。

Abstract:Gasification ammonia compressor compression device control system adopts Miconwell company ITCC control system, in view of the anti surge control system of the original defects, the ammonia compressor inlet pressure control of one or two paragraph of anti surge control loop for upgrading, according to the data real-time acquisition of monitoring, control system analysis curve.So that the performance of the ammonia compressor to maintain efficient, safe and reliable operation, maintain the safety of the plant production.
