基于台达PLC与触摸屏的太阳能供热监控系统设计

摘    要:以某高校洗浴中心的空气源热泵辅助太阳能热水机组为研究对象,综合考虑外部光照条件、水箱温度和用水时段等多种因素,分析了太阳能空气源热泵热水机组的工作原理,设计空气源热泵辅助太阳能热水机组的自动监控系统,实现了机组全天候自动运行,有效节约了能源。试验验证了该系统信号的自动采集与处理、补水及温差的自动循环功能,系统运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:Bath center in a university of auxiliary solar air source heat pump hot waterunit as the research object, considering the external light conditions, water tank watertemperature and time, and other factors, analyzes the working principte of the solar airsource heat pump hot water unit design auxiliary solar air source heat pump hot water unitof automatic monitoring system, the all-weather automatic operation, effectively save theenergy. Experiment shows that the system of automatic acquisition and signal processing,hydrating and the automatic cycle function of the temperature difference, system operationis stable and reliable.
