无刷励磁同步电机变频驱动控制系统

摘    要:无刷励磁同步电机(以下称无刷同步电机)具有维护简单,可靠性高,没有旋转接触导电部分等优点,特别适用于有易燃、易爆气体及导电粉尘应用场合。无刷同步电机双边励磁,启动转矩大,采用高压变频驱动装置对无刷同步电机进行调速改造,可缩短无刷同步电机整步震荡过程,减小整步电流,提高运行稳定性,增加无刷同步电机及其负载运行经济效益。

Abstract:Brushless excitation synchronous motor (hereinafter called brushless synchronous motor) has the advantages of simple maintenance, high reliability, no rotary contact conductive portion and other advantages, particularly applicable toflammable,explosive gas and conductive dustapplications. Bilateral excitation brushless synchronous motor, large starting torque, using high voltage frequency conversion driving device to speed reconstruction of brushless synchronousmotor, brushless synchronous motor can shorten the whole step shock process, reduce thewhole step current, improve the operation stability, increase the brushless synchronous motor and its load operation economical benefit.
