含钡化合物炉渣在水中的溶解度测定

摘    要:含钡化合物炉渣具有很强的脱磷能力,但是钡化合物在水中有较大的溶解度且有毒,会对环境造成污染。测定了钡系化合物及钡基脱磷渣在水中的溶解度,结果表明成渣后钡系化合物的溶解度小于纯钡化合物的溶解度。此外探讨了炉渣成分、温度和水的PH值对溶解度的影响。

Abstract:The BaO based slag possessed the stronger ability in dephosphorization.However,the barium compound had the bigger solubility in water and was a poisonous material which would pollute the environment.The experiments were carried out to study the solubility of barium compound and BaO based dephosphorization slag in water.The results showed that the solubility of BaO based dephosphorization slag was lower than that of the pure barium compound.The influences of the slag component,temperature and the pH value in water on the solubility had been discussed.
