摘    要:果绿染料废水CODCr的质量浓度为3500mg/L,BOD5与CODCr的质量比为0.036,采用正交试验确定Fenton试剂法预处理该废水的效果。结果表明:当废水的初始pH=5.0,H2O2投量为0.16mol/L,Fe2+投量为4mmol/L,反应时间为90min时,BOD5与CODCr的质量比可由0.036增加到0.3以上,废水的可生化性得到明显改善。

Abstract:The CODCr in the wastewater from a dyestuff production was 3 500 mg/L, with m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)=0.036. Orthogonal experiment was carried out to determine the optimum conditions for the pretreatment of the said wastewater by Fenton reagent method. The results showed: when the initial pH value of the wastewater = 5.0, the fed amount of H2O2 was 0.16 mol/L and that of Fe2+ was 4 mmol/L, and the reaction time was 90 min, the m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) increased from 0.036 to 0.3 or even higher and the biological treatability of the wastewater was obviously improved.
