粉煤灰对砂浆强度影响的实验研究

摘    要:探讨了高烧失量粉煤灰对砂浆强度的影响。用不同掺量的粉煤灰做了两组实验,测试结果表明:粉煤灰砂浆的用水量随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而增加;在蒸养后,粉煤灰砂浆试块的抗压和抗折强度比无粉煤灰试块有较大的提高;当粉煤灰掺量占水泥量的30%时,其抗压和抗折强度最高;在标差28d后,粉煤灰掺量大于30%的砂浆试块抗压和抗折强度比无粉煤灰试块有所降低。

Abstract:The effect of fly-ash with high percent of loss on ignition(12. 8%) on the strength of mortar was investigated. Two series mortar specimens with different content of fly-ash from weight of cement were tested. The water requirement of fly-ash mortars increases as fly-ash content increases. The mixes containing fly-ash show a greater increase in compressive strength and flexural strength after heat-humidity processing, than the OPC mixes. The mix containing 30% fly-ash from weight of cement shows maximum compressive strength and flexural strength. The mixes containing more than 30% fly-ash, keeping 28 days in the normal condition, show decrease of compressie strength and flexural strength,compared with OPC mortar.
