分子印迹手性识别机理及在色谱分离中的应用

摘    要:分子印迹聚合物作为一种具有分子识别能力的新型手性固定相,具有可预测洗脱顺序、分离选择性高、物理化学稳定性好等优点,目前已在色谱手性分离领域取得应用。介绍了分子印迹技术及其手性识别机理的最新研究进展,对该技术在色谱分离领域的应用现状、存在的问题及解决方法进行了重点评述,并展望了其今后的发展方向。

Abstract:As a new chiral stationary phases of peculiar molecular recognition,molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs)have a series of advantages,such as prediction in elution order,excellent selective,and the advantages of physical and chemical stability et al,which make it used in chiral separations of chromatography.In this article,the development of molecular imprinted technology and mechanism of chiral recognition were introduced.On the base of these reviews,in the application status of chromatography,the problems need to be resolved and the trends of development were discussed.
